Monthly fees are either $59 or $100 per month based on membership level (Ultra or Elite). Payment is charged monthly to a credit card of your choice. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover to enroll.
No, there are no setup or initiation fees.
Your credit card on file will be charged at the beginning of each month.
No, membership fees cannot be prorated. Fees are collected at the initiation of your membership and at the beginning of the month, thereafter. Membership cancellation requires 30-day notice. You will be charged any associated fees during the 30-day period.
Complementary treatments cannot be carried over to the next month or transferred to another person.
No you cannot combine discounts. You are welcome to apply any promotional discounts from Bloom Health (e.g. Holiday Sale, Flash Sale, or Monthly Special) instead of your membership discount, when desired.
No, membership discounts can only be utilized by the member. Membership discounts are not transferable.
Your BH+ Membership may be cancelled at any time with 30-days notice. Please contact the Front Desk to cancel you membership.
Your BH+ Membership may be renewed 12 months after your last BH+ Elite or Ultra enrollment. Please contact the Front Desk for assistance.
